What owners ask us first

Why did you email me?

We looked at your public website and found something specific we can fix. The email names it and links to a preview made for your business. If you'd rather not hear from us, reply "stop" and we won't email you again.

Where do bookings and orders go?

Every request sent from your page reaches your email the moment it is sent, with the customer's name, contact details and what they asked for. You reply to them as you do today.

Is hosting really included, with no monthly fee?

Yes. Hosting is included with no monthly fee, and your files are always in your dashboard to download.

Do you need my passwords?

Never. We never ask for any password. Your page runs on our platform, so there is nothing to install on your own website.

How do payments and receipts work?

You get an invoice from Payoneer and pay it on Payoneer's own secure page; we never take card details on our site. Any sales tax or VAT is shown there, and your receipt arrives by email. One payment, no subscription.

Can I get my money back?

For a booking page or a one-page website, yes: tell us within 14 days of paying and we refund the full price and take the page down. Read the refund policy.
