1. This website

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.

2. Businesses we contact

We collect publicly available business information: business name, website address, the business contact email published on that website, business category and city, and technical facts about the public website. We use it to find an issue we can fix and to send one business email about it. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in offering a relevant service to a business. Every email tells you how to stop further emails, and replying "stop" removes you from our list.

3. Customers

When you buy, our payment provider processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, order details and anything you send us for the job. We use this to deliver the work, answer questions and keep records required for accounting.

4. How long we keep data

Contact data of businesses that do not buy is deleted within 12 months, or straight away if you ask. Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

5. Who we share data with

Only the providers we need to run the service: our payment provider (Payoneer), Cloudflare (website hosting and database) and Resend (email). We never sell data. Your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and Egypt, with these providers' own safeguards.

6. Your clients' booking data

If your booking page collects details from your own clients (for example name, email and the booking requested), you are the controller of that data and we are your processor. We use it only to deliver the booking emails and the dashboard, on your instructions. We keep it secure and confidential, and we delete it on your request or after the service ends. Our sub-processors for this are Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Resend (email). If one of your clients writes to us with a request about their data, we pass it to you. The terms of this arrangement are in section 12 of our terms.

7. Records of orders

For each order we keep a record: the terms version you accepted, your name and email, the time and your IP address. We keep it as evidence of the agreement and to deal with payment disputes, and as long as accounting law requires.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to our use of it, by emailing [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
