Terms of service

Last updated 4 November 2026 · Terms version 2026-11-04a

1. Who we are

Delta Wrought ("we") is a digital services studio operated by Mahmoud Abdelhalim, 12 Ahmed Orabi St, Al Arbaeen, Suez, Egypt. Contact: [email protected].

2. Business customers only

We sell only to businesses. By ordering, you confirm that you are buying for your business, not as a consumer, and that you have the authority to accept these terms for that business. "You" means that business.

3. What we sell

We sell fixed-price, one-time digital work for small business websites, as described on deltawrought.com and on the preview page we send you. Each job lists what you receive. We do not sell subscriptions.

Add-ons. You can add any of these to a booking page or website, or order one on its own for a page we host for you: Menu & QR ($19), Quote requests with photos ($29), Hiring page and window sign ($15), Walk-in queue ($29), Social posts pack ($19) and Spanish version ($15). Each is a one-off price in US dollars, with no monthly fee, and is built from the details we already hold for your business. Menu & QR is a menu page with a QR code and printable table card and poster. Quote requests with photos is a quote page where your customers describe a job and send up to 3 photos. Hiring page and window sign is a hiring page with an apply form and a printable sign. Walk-in queue is a queue page where customers join and see their place, run from your dashboard. Social posts pack is 30 square social posts with captions, made in your dashboard from your own details. Spanish version adds an English / Español switch to your pages and Spanish emails to your customers. The order page lists the add-ons you picked, and your order record saves them. An add-on runs on the page we host for you: it is hosted, ordered, invoiced and live together with that page, and it is paused or taken down with it.

4. Ordering and payment

You pay by an invoice from Payoneer, our payment provider. The price is shown before you order. Invoices are due within 7 days. For booking pages and websites the page goes live first, and if the invoice is not paid within 7 days, the page is paused until it is paid. Payment questions and the return of payments are handled through our payment provider.

If you start a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first at [email protected], we may take your page down straight away and will contest the dispute with evidence: the order record, which shows the terms you accepted, your IP address and the time. If you have a problem, write to us first. We reply within one business day and we resolve real problems.

5. Delivery

We start the day you order; most pages are live within 24 hours. This is a target, not a guarantee: a page can be held by our quality checks, and a delay does not by itself give you a refund or compensation. Booking pages and websites are built and published on our own platform; we do not install anything on your own website. You can change your services, prices and hours yourself, any time, from your dashboard. The Google package is not currently offered; if it is offered again, it is delivered by email within 24 hours of payment.

6. Revisions and refunds

Booking pages, one-page websites and their add-ons can be refunded in full within 14 days, and the page is taken down. The Google package is not currently offered. If it is offered again, it includes one free revision, it is not refundable once delivered, except a full refund if it is not delivered within 24 hours of payment. Details are in our refund policy, and the order page shows the terms for your service before you order.

7. Your content

We work from the public pages of your website and from anything you send us or approve. Once paid, the delivered work is yours to use on your business's websites and channels.

8. Acceptable use and our right to suspend

You may not use the work for anything unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive. We may pause or take down a page, with or without notice, if it is unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or unpaid after 7 days. We may tell you why. A refund is not owed because we took down a page for one of these reasons.

9. No guaranteed results

We do not promise or guarantee any search ranking, how or whether your business appears on Google, when Google re-crawls or updates your pages, a number of bookings, revenue, visitors or sales. Search engines and platforms decide those, not us. Figures and statistics on our site and in our emails come from published third-party research. They are not promises about what you will get.

10. Limit of our liability

11. Hosting

Hosting for your booking page, website and add-ons is included with no time limit and no monthly fee, for as long as we run it on Cloudflare's free hosting. Your files are available to download from your dashboard at any time; keeping a copy is your responsibility. If Cloudflare or another provider changes, limits or ends its service, we may tell you if we learn of it, but we have no duty to notify you. No refund, credit or compensation is owed for changes, outages or limits that come from Cloudflare or other providers. Hosting is provided "as is", with no uptime guarantee.

12. Your clients' booking data

For the booking details that your own clients submit through your booking page, you are the controller (the one who decides why the data is collected) and we are your processor. We process that data only to deliver the booking emails and the dashboard, on your instructions. We keep it secure, we keep it confidential, and we delete it on your request or after the service ends. Our sub-processors are Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Resend (email). You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect that data, for telling your clients how you use it (for example in your own privacy notice), and for answering their requests. Tell us at [email protected] if you need us to delete or hand over data. See our privacy policy.

13. Third-party services

Cloudflare, Resend, Payoneer and Google are outside our control. We are not liable for their acts, outages, errors or changes to their policies, prices or features.

14. Events outside our control

We are not in breach of these terms and not liable for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as power or internet failures, provider outages, cyber attacks, natural disasters, war, strikes, government action or changes in law. We will carry on as soon as we reasonably can.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms in force at the time of your order apply to that order. The version is shown at the top of this page and is saved with your order.

16. Governing law and disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first at [email protected]. We will both try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot, these terms and any dispute connected with them or with an order are governed by the laws of Egypt, and the courts of Suez, Egypt have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country says otherwise and cannot be excluded between businesses.
